Founder Director & CEO

The Santa Kidz Team is headed by its dynamic Director Mr. Pankaj Anand. An MBA in Marketing and IT from a prestigious business school, Pankaj left a high-flying career in the corporate world to start The Santa Kidz. The idea struck him while searching for a good pre-school for his kid. He found most of the schools were providing one or the same thing. There was nothing innovative; the teachings were based on old techniques.

There was no focus on brain development or technologically advanced teaching systems. Pankaj knew whatever children learned at the tender age of 2 to 6 remain with them for the entire life. Being an avid reader he had in depth knowledge of Dermatoglyphics Technology and knew how it helped in determining the learning habit of the kids. Pankaj started working on the concept with his team and within a short span of time came up with the idea of Brain School with D.M.I Technology.

No one thought at that moment, it was the birth of India’s first brain school. The school had a humble beginning five years back. The pioneering concept gave stupendous results. The number of students, as well as franchises, increased at a break neck speed. Today, “The Santa Kidz” has 500 plus branches all over the country and still going strong. It is Pankaj’s vision that gave us India’s first brain school – a perfect stepping stone for our little ones.

Managing Director

Mr. Jagdish Somani is a business tycoon and entrepreneur. His hard work and keen sense of business helped his ancestral company “Maharaja Soap” and “Maharaja Industries” reach the zenith of success. He has always been involved in doing social work. Though he was involved in business, yet he had a strong desire to work for education. He joined hands with Mr. Pankaj Anand to spread his revolutionary idea in education “The Santa Kidz” throughout the country.

As a businessman, he was well aware of the challenges faced in setting up a business. He provided a rock solid support to “ The Santa Kidz” and the company never looked back. He is always there to bless the “ The Santa Kidz” with his valuable suggestions and guidance whenever it is needed and sought.

One day, her friend came home for combined studies; she was reading the lesson loudly and Sanju was simply listening to it. Later, she realized that she could remember the entire lesson while her friend was still trying to mug up. Sanju understood she can easily learn and memorize things by listening. The finding completely changed her life. She made it a point to learn through listening. The important lesson she learned from it is that every child is unique and has a different way of learning. Sanju’s credential speaks volume about her academic achievements.

The Santa Kidz is her vision along with its co-founders to come up with a unique educational system where a focus is on finding the best way the children learned as they may be Visual learners, auditory learners or Kinesthetic learners. Sanju played a significant role in preparing the path breaking The Santa Kidz curriculum using the Brain Development Methodology and Learning style. The results are marvelous. The Santians are way ahead of other kids of the same age group. Thanks to Sanju and her team to come up with such innovative learning technique that has completely transformed lives of our little buds.
